为什么中英文混杂? Why a mix of Chinese and English?

1. 目标读者不同: 中文主要是中文互联网缺少的内容, 英文则是我希望全世界人读懂的
   Different target readers: Chinese for something that ChinaWeb lack, English for more people on WorldWideWeb to understand

2. 有些时候英文方便: 不用切换输入法
   Sometimes English is more convenient: no need to switch input method
